Head of Talent

We are looking for a multidisciplinary professional to lead our recruiting and talent management efforts.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Execute on the company’s hiring plan, helping us grow from 30 today to 50 by end of Q1 2022
  • Coach people across the organization to achieve desired strategic HR goals (e.g., culture, comms, meetings)
  • Manage & continuously develop HR processes from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring high employee satisfaction
  • Track applicant satisfaction, recognizing issues, and inefficiencies in the recruitment process proactively
  • Take charge of employer image & recruiting campaigns from start to finish in coordination with the Head of Marketing, Head of Growth & COO
  • Manage & develop our ATS and related processes from application to hiring or rejection

 

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience from both human resources and talent acquisition functions
  • You are a great communicator and a motivational leader who can clearly articulate the team mission & vision
  • Bonus: experience from diversity & inclusion related aspects of recruiting & HR
  • Bonus: experience working in technology, finance, and/or a start-up
