We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated self-starter to join us remotely or in Helsinki. You would be directly responsible for Tesseract’s growth and play a key role in selling our Earn product (crypto investment product) to prospective customers. The role entails establishing and developing relationships with customers ranging from crypto exchanges and retail trading platforms to neobanks.
- You will thoroughly research Tesseract's products to become an expert on the product offering
- You will use your consultative selling and negotiation skills to initiate mutually beneficial partnerships with prospective customers
- You will successfully drive the sales cycle including lead generation, arranging and delivering customer meetings and commercial negotiations, and organizing handovers to the integration team
- You will orchestrate the whole sales process through collaborating with internal teams (operations, tech integration, risk management, legal, compliance to name of few) as well as various stakeholders from the prospective customer organization
What we expect from you
- You are an enthusiastic business salesperson who wants to be a part of a revolutionary crypto space between traditional and decentralized finance
- You have 2-10 years of experience in consultative and/or finance sales (Crypto, SaaS, SW, IT consulting, fintech, crypto, financial markets, private banking)
- Experience in crypto industry is a big plus as well as background in finance
- You have a hands-on and can-do attitude
- You are a self-starter and have willingness to learn new skills
- You have the ability to travel and visit customers as necessary
- You can commit to a 1-month training period in Finland
- Business proficiency in English
